Meet Dave Terry
Terry Associates Consultants was founded by Dave Terry FCILT, an independent transport consultant with more than 40 years of operational and commercial experience.
Before launching Terry Associates Consultants, Dave spent many years running and leading a complex multi-site business with annual turnover of approximately £50 million. He held direct responsibility for fleet and logistics operations across three traffic areas, maintaining full operator licence compliance during periods of growth, change and regulatory pressure.
That experience shapes everything we do. Transport is treated not just as a compliance requirement, but as a commercial function that must perform, scale and remain compliant under real-world conditions.
Terry Associates Consultants was created to provide the kind of practical, commercially grounded transport advice that many SMEs struggle to access.
My job isn't to tell you what you're doing wrong. It's to help you regain control without disrupting the business.
